Why the silence

In the midst of a lively conversation over here:

Mr. Money Mustache called me out for neglecting this site:

Yeah, yeah.. minutiae of dividend and tax planning. But if any other readers have taken the time to click on J.L. Collins’ name, they surely have a much bigger question – what is happening with Uranium C? You got back from the proof-finding trip in August, and the future of Humankind’s understanding of the universe’s most advanced alien race hangs in the balance, yet you just got lazy and decided not to update us!?!? 🙂

Point well taken.  My response:

“Hi Mr. MM….

1st, thanks for a very interesting site. Nicely done and an important topic. Just listening to NPR on the way back from the airport and yet another segment on people pushed to the financial edge by the recent economy.

how people can go thru life without putting aside a cushion for the hard times, which always come, leaves me stunned.

Regarding UraniumC, I knew I should have take that down. 🙂
Truth is, being lazy is the least of it. This subject is so beyond my comfort zone, so outside my worldview, as to have left me a bit dazed. My notes from the trip sit on the shelf mocking me.

These last few months have been spent trying to digest it all, and wondering what to do with it. If anything. Candidly it is so “out there” (pun at least a bit intended) it is hard for me to accept, let alone begin to offer to others. If I’m honest I’m not sure I want my name associated with something so unbelievable, facts be damned.

Since your comment on it, I have noticed a spike in traffic there from Mustachians and those who subscribed last spring occasionally ping me asking what’s happening.

One thing I know: Humankind is hardly waiting for this and we really aren’t meant to know. No matter what I write, it will be rejected out of hand. That would likely be for the best anyway…”

If you remain interested, please take a moment to subscribe.  I do hope to post more on this and with your subscription you’ll know as soon as it happens.  Meanwhile, I’m processing it all….

thanks for your patience.

It has been two months since the post. Have you made any progress? I would love to hear more.

  2. jlcollinsnh says:

    Hi DT….

for all the reasons above I’ve still got this on hold.

We are planning to return to South America later this year and are debating whether to include Ecuador again.

I have alos noticed a modest increase in views on this site….

    thanks for your interest!

If you ever go back or have the chance to talk with UC, I would like to understand a few points like..
1- if he was gone in the blink of an eye for 500+ years… to which time space was he covering?
2- was the ship he was on responsible only for Earth?
3- do you find UC full of wisdom or changed in some ways… for a person who’s been alive in his mind for that long… it must show?
4- did he find love up there?
5- was he physically there or only in mind?
6- what else can you tell us that you already know?

    Thank you 🙂

      Hi Stephane…

I hope to reconnect with UC while I’m back in Ecuador for the Chautauqua. In fact I’ve been trying to persuad him to put in an appearance, but not having much luck on that score.

In our conversations I’ll try to ask your questions. A couple I can answer for you now:

      2. Yes, just for Earth. Other planets with intelligent life had assigned protector ships of their own. Such planets, BTW, are few and far between.
      3. Yes, the difference in him is profound.
      5. Physically.

As for #1 & 4, I just don’t know. #6 is to broad to tackle until I resolve my issues about going forward with this.

Hope that helps and thanks for your interest!

I dont care if you just make up the rest, I need closure man!

Hello from another reader very curious to know more. I can understand that such way out material might be too much to integrate. I can also understand that posting would more likely than not excite a raft of skeptical and hostile responses. But you have readers. Please post when you can.

      Hi M…

Thanks for the comment and for understanding my dilemma.

Truth is, there are very few readers here. But maybe if I were to resume posting… 😉

My best advice: Don’t give up and subscribe so if anything does happen you’ll get the word.

      Thanks!

I understand your reluctance to continue but do not judge the material. ..this world is not what we are taught it is much bigger than us. After having an outer body experience many years ago nothing is what you think it is

    Jim,

Not only did I just find the financial blog but in all my reading stumbled on this. I would personally love to hear more. I am fascinated by the subject and the intricate detail that UC has shared with you. I’m completely hooked and hoping you decide to share more in the near future.

  9. Jim,

After your trip here in ABQ I looked up UC again and was surprised to see that my brother Erik and I were the first ones to have commented on your original UC post! I guess I’d just forgotten about it.

However, that means I’m the Original Fan, and as the OF who recently saw you in ABQ I demand further updates from UC! ASAP!

    Jim,

I am a huge fan of your blog and having read all of your financial posts, simply clicked on UC as I hadn’t noticed it before. WOW. Amazing stuff. Would love to read more. While the financial posts are obviously incredibly helpful, I am still in wealth acquisition and need to wait to put your advice to practical use. But an amazing story like UC’s (even if not true – the vastness of imagination to make up something like that is worth sharing). I know you are very busy and are concerned about readership, as well as perceived credibility. Like you said, your advice on financial mattes will withstand the test of time. But please don’t abandon UC’s story. I should mention that I have been reading your blog for about two years and this is my first comment – and it is to implore you to continue telling us UC’s story!
